Putin finds a way to keep control

Monday1 October, during the congress of United Russia (the dominant party controled by the Kremlin), President Putin declared in a surprise announcement that he might become the next prime minister when his presidential term ends.
Considering that he's not permitted to be a candidate for a third presidential term, he found a way to keep power in Russia after the end of his mandate. Putin informed United Russia that his name will be at the top of the list of the candidates for the parliamentary elections to be held on December 2nd.
Putin has already started implementing his strategy by appointing Prime Minister Viktor Zubkof, an allied mainly known for his loyalty to Putin. This change was expected after the December elections.
Zubkof is likely to become the next president of Russia. If this plan becomes effective, he will be obliged to do anything his prime minister will ask from him. Putin’s goal is to weaken the power of the next president to hold on to Russia’s reins after he steps down. Former chess champion Kasparov, an outspoken opponent of Putin's policy declared on a local radio:" In fact, Putin has done nothing more than decide to use United Russia as the main mechanism for retaining power". Finally, Putin is using all sorts of means to pursue an antidemocratic personal system.

Putin a trouvé un moyen de garder le pouvoir

Lundi 1er Octobre, durant le congrès de "United Russia" (le parti dominant contré par le Kremlin)le président Poutine a déclaré dans une annonce surprise qu'il se pourrait qu'il devienne le prochain premier ministre quand son mandat sera terminé. Comme il n'est pas permis d'être condidat pour un troisième mandat présidentiel, il a trouvé un moyen de garder le pouvoir en Russia après la fin de son mandat. Poutine a informé "United Russia" que son nom sera en tête de la liste des candidats pour les élections parlementaires qui aurant lieu le 2 décembre. Poutine a déja commencé sa stratégie en désignant comme nouveau premier ministre Viktor Zubkof, un allié principalement connu pour sa loyauté enviers Poutine. Ce changement ne devait pas avoir lieu avant Décembre.
C'est envisageable que Zubkof devienne le prochain président de la Russie. Si ses plans fonctionnent tels qu'il le souhaite, il sera obligé de faire chaque chose que son premier ministre le lui demandera. Le but de Poutine est d'affaiblir le pouvoir du prochain président pour conserver les rênes de la Russie après la fin de son mandat. Le champion d'échecs Kasparov, un féroce opposant de la politique de Poutine déclara dans une radio locale: " En fait, Poutine n’a rien fait de plus que de décider d’utiliser "United Russia" comme mécanisme principal pour conserver le pouvoir". Pour conclure, Poutine utilise toutes sortes de moyens pour poursuivre un régime de pouvoir personnel antidémocratique.
