La jeune femme a été présentée samedi au tribunal mais l'audience a été reportée à la demande du procureur, qui a demandé 72 heures pour étudier l'affaire, alors que les enquêteurs avaient demandé qu'elle soit maintenue en détention pendant 30 jours.

Après sa libération, mardi 22 janvier, son avocat, Dmitry Zatsarinsky, a posté sur Instagram une vidéo le montrant Vachukevich en voiture. "Nastya Rybka est libre. Nous rentrons à la maison", dit-il, alors qu’ils s’affichaient faisant un signe de paix et riant.

Au cours de l'audience, Nastya Rybka a assuré qu'elle ne voulait en aucun cas "compromettre Oleg Deripaska". « Ça suffit comme ça », a-t-elle ajouté, selon Interfax. L'avocat de la jeune femme, Dmitri Zatsarinski, a déclaré aux journalistes que cette jeune femme "n'avait commis aucun crime" et qu'elle "n'avait rien à voir" avec Oleg Deripaska, "encore moins avec Donald Trump".
