At Ostozhenka 27, Moscow, the new version of bistro "Geraldine" started operating. At the beginning of the project, Géraldine Posner wanted to create a classical art-decoFrench brasserie but it’s not the same in the summer of 2017.
Thirteen years after the opening of a first Geraldine restaurant, the Posner brothers (Alexander and Rappoport et Vladimir Posner) played on the original touch by creating a new atmosphere in a new place.
One finds with pleasure the predominance of green- the favourite color of Géraldine, their mother) the French wines, the music and the press in Molière’s language.
Menu Geraldine
The "Geraldine" has given a very interesting mix, in which you will find mostly French food. Yet, cosmopolitan improvisation around Italian, Chinese, Spanish and Thai themes is deployed easily.
The food at Geraldine strives to be perfect, but still slightly self-ironic.
Interior design :
The bistro with the French accent creates an atmosphere reflecting the period of the late 50s and early 60s with trendy flair.

The Posner brothers had a pleasant idea of mixing world food with French culture. The French inhabitants of Russia or the Russians themselves can get a taste of French gastronomy in different forms. A revival for the French touch!

Néo-bistro Géraldine, une brasserie art-déco à la française à Moscou
Au 27 rue Ostozhenka à Moscou, la nouvelle version du bistrot "Geraldine" a ouvert ses portes.
Au début du projet, la Française Géraldine Posner souhaitait faire une simple brasserie française classique, ce n’est plus le cas à l'été 2017.
Treize ans après l’ouverture d’un premier restaurant Géraldine, les frères Posner (Alexander Rappoport et Vladimir Posner) ont joué l’originalité en créant une nouvelle ambiance dans un nouvel endroit.
On y retrouvera principalement du vert (couleur préférée de Géraldine, leur mère), des vins français, de la musique et la presse dans la langue de Molière.

Le nouveau menu de "Geraldine" donne un mélange très intéressant, dans lequel on trouve principalement de la cuisine française mais également une improvisation cosmopolite autour de thèmes italiens, chinois, espagnols et thaïlandais qui se déploie avec aisance. La nourriture chez Géraldine s’efforce d’être parfaite, mais toujours avec un brin d’auto-dérision.
Design d’intérieur
Le bistrot à l'accent français crée d'abord une atmosphère reflétant la fin des années 50 et le début des années 60 dans un style tellement moderne.

Les frères Posner ont eu une agréable idée de mélanger plusieurs cultures avec la gastronomie française. Les Français habitant en Russie ou les Russes eux-mêmes peuvent goûter la gastronomie française sous différentes formes. Un renouveau pour la touche française !
